Women need to know the truth about both sides of the estrogen/menopause story. Most importantly, they need to make their own decision concerning both issues.
"What puberty giveth -- menopause taketh away!" Catchy. Thought-provoking. But...what does that mean? Well, during puberty, hormones in a young girl's body trigger womanly development. Depletion of those same hormones (during the menopausal stage) causes the death of good health and womanhood. Hence, about 22 medical consequences may be suffered once menopause takes place. For example, heart problems emerge, major bone loss occurs, eyesight diminishes, irritability increases, vaginal health plummets, and sexual desires disappear--just to name a few. Logic and common sense will answer this question: Are you healthier before menopause or after menopause?

The belief today is estrogen is harmful. If that is the case, why are there more than three million long-term estrogen users? On top of that, why did more than 458 million women take birth control for the long-term? The truth: Estrogen has been used for 60 years and birth control has been used for 50 years -- without any major alarms. So, why is there NOW a controversy? It's time to set the record straight by doing something that has NEVER been done before. I am going public with the fact that estrogen can be taken successfully for the long term and contribute to good health. More importantly, menopause CAN BE YOUR CHOICE !

If you have questions, ask away! If you want REAL answers -- you've come to the right place...and if you have estrogen stories to share -- do just that!!!

Your book has changed my life! After visiting a doctor last year--that supports hormone replacement--I feel young again. Energy abounds. My hair is easier to maintain. Sleepness nights are history...and the intimate side of my life...well, TWO THUMBS UP!!! Thanks for having the guts, Donna, to tell your story to the world!!! How many others will benefit from your naked veracity?!!! ...and to have the backing of a doctor is simply icing on the cake! FANTASTIC!
